Joel is the owner and lead technician at Align Garage Door. When you call, Joel answers. When you schedule service, Joel shows up. He handles every aspect of customer service and technical work personally because he believes in accountability and building real relationships with the people he serves.

With years of experience in the garage door industry, Joel started Align to provide straightforward service—no high-pressure sales, no surprises, just quality work at fair prices. When he's not working on garage doors, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife Abigale and their four children here in Ringgold.

Behind the Scenes at Align

I'm Abigale, Joel's wife and the person handling the marketing side of Align. While Joel focuses on customers and service, I manage our marketing, website, socials, bookkeeping, etc. I also run Oakheart, a ministry for women, and homeschool our four children.

We keep Align family-run on purpose. It allows us to maintain the quality and values that matter to us—treating people with respect, doing excellent work, and serving our community well.

Teaching the Next Generation

Our kids help out too—stocking the truck, organizing parts, and learning what it means to work hard and serve others. We're raising them to understand that integrity and excellence aren't just words; they're a way of life. That's the foundation Align is built on.
